You can pull that exact trigger canvas into any page on your website where you would like the pop-up to appear. Just don't change the name of your Site Canvases!
My personal favorite pages for a pop-up are on the homepage and on your Blog's Single Post page. I always try to design email pop-ups that are beautiful enough to outweigh the annoyance many users feel at encountering a pop-up. The numbers don't lie; a pop-up will definitely increase your conversion rates. But if they're not signing up right now, at least they get a beautiful moment of brand recognition before they click the "X".
